Florist full-time We are looking for a talented florist who is familiar with all aspects of floristry, including taking and executing daily shop orders, advising customers, deliveries, conditioning, displays and general shop maintenance. You will also help with contract, wedding, event and funeral work. Professional qualifications are a bonus but we are more interested in someone with creative flair and style and who will help us continue to build on the excellent reputation we have in the city. You will also have excellent customer service skills to deal with the wide mix of customers we serve, and be calm and unflappable under pressure. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Start date: 1st December 2009 Closing date: 14th November 2009 Florist part-time/casual We are also looking for a florist to help out on a casual basis during busy periods and at peak times, such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day and wedding season. You will have experience of working on shop orders, contract, wedding, event and funeral work and be available to work at short notice to help cover busy periods.
